Who We Are
Worksite Safety Compliance Centre is one of Canada’s leading providers of occupational health and safety services, and was recently listed on the Growth 500 as one of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies in 2018 by Canadian Business and Maclean's.
We want to help workers stay safe, and help employers make it happen. We believe that work life should be enjoyable, and that creating a safe workplace should be enjoyable too. We do that through providing our clients with excellence in advice and service, as well as high quality training and tools.
How can we help?
Application Process
- Phone Conversation – A meeting to ask a few questions to ensure there is potential for a great fit for both our team and you, the candidate. (15 minutes or less)
- In-Person Interview – We meet with you face-to-face to discuss your experience, expertise and learn about your vision for and approach to the role. (30-45 minutes)
- Work Sample – When a specific skill or use of a tool is required by a role (learning development, marketing, programming, etc.) we require the completion of a work sample project to gain a better understanding of your process and specific outputs. (1-2 hours)
- Work Sample Review – If a work sample is completed, we schedule a phone conversation to discuss the work, and ask a few questions to get a better understanding before making a final decision. (15-30 minutes)
